Born in Vasai in 1556, St. Gonsalo's life was a testament to unwavering faith and service, culminating in his martyrdom in Nagasaki, Japan, in 1597. His legacy inspires us, especially the youth to pursue knowledge imbued with compassion and integrity.

Dear students, these are the days of unending challenges coupled with infinite opportunities. It gives me immense pleasure to know that you are learning at St. Gonsalo Garcia College of Arts and Commerce, Vasai.

The college is Christian minority institute of higher learning which was started in 1984 by ‘Our Lady of Grace Trust’. It has been our constant endeavour to provide the best possible educational infrastructure to the learners. Well equipped computer labs, Good and specious library, huge ground for outdoor sports and well equipped Gymkhana are a few things to mention.
