Introduction: Sociology is the systematic study of society and social interaction. It studies the scientific disciplines in the society. Sociology is a social science that focuses on society, human social behavior, patterns of social relationships and aspects of culture associated with everyday life.

1. The department of sociology involved the students with local NGOs on different project and surveys.                          2. Department of sociology conducts field trips for students to different places.

Facilities – Internet facilities for staff and students provided in staffroom and library, college level scholarships are given to the students. Sociology books are provided by the library to the students.
